Cancellation Policy
My salon is a small business with limited number of appointments available. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you. I understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment. If you cancel with late notice or simply do not show up, it impacts on me significantly and inconveniences the many other clients that have been turned away because I was fully booked. Please remember to be courteous to myself and other clients. I require 24h notice to cancel or amend a booking. When running late, your treatment may be shorten to avoid inconveniencing the next client & you will be charged for the full service. 25% deposit is required at time of booking. It is non-refundable in case of no-show or late notice cancellation and will be put towards the cancellation fee. This has to be paid before rescheduling an appointment. Full service fee applies for clients who amend their booking upon arrival or within 24h
