Infrared Sauna
A space for you to completely relax or some of you might choose to practise your Yoga, or if you’re feeling social you can share this tranquil setting with a friend.
Whether you’re seeking relaxation, recovery, or radiant skin, the infrared sauna is the perfect addition to your wellness routine.
Sessions are gentle, deeply warming, and customisable to your wellness goals. Ask how to integrate the infrared sauna into your visit – whether as a prelude to treatment or a stand-alone therapy to reset and recharge.

Infrared Saunas differ from traditional saunas: they heat the body directly rather than warming the air around you.
Using far-infrared wavelengths, it delivers deep, even heat at lower, more comfortable temperatures—allowing for longer, more effective sessions that support relaxation, circulation, and recovery.
The infrared waves have the ability to positively alter the body's tissues by penetrating below the surface of the skin, generating mitochondrial activity and effectively circulating heat.
-
With a maximum temperature of 65 degrees Celsius, our sauna offers the ideal environment for a deeply detoxifying experience. Let the heat penetrate your muscles, releasing tension and promoting relaxation from head to toe.
Longer sessions with lower temperatures and zero humidity helps your body to heat up gently while maximizing the benefits of an intense sweat session, generating a sweat 7x more detoxifying than a traditional sauna. Increased circulation, detoxification and immune system boosting are all wonderful effects from Infrared therapy.

Chromotherapy is the science of using colours to balance the body’s vibrations to frequencies that result in health and harmony. Chromotherapy works on various energy points to help balance your body via the full spectrum of visible light, each colour addressing a different need. Chromotherapy sauna benefits include physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing.

Sessions are 30 minutes. I recommend starting with shorter sessions ( 20min ) if you’re new to infrared saunas and gradually increasing the duration.
– Session duration tips –
20 minutes – About to sweat
30 minutes – A light sweat
40 minutes – A good amount of sweat
50 minutes – Heavy sweat
60 minutes – You will be sweating like when you are in traditional sauna
-
A fresh towel & water are provided upon your arrival.
Please bring your own after care, as in Deodorant and Skincare.
Makeup can clog pores and trap bacteria, which can lead to irritation or breakouts. Please remove your make-up before your session.
-
There is no shower available. Showering before your session will help you "sweat clean".
However, it is best to wait one to two hours after finishing your Infrared session before taking a shower, as the benefits of the sauna will continue after your session is finished.
-
Eat a couple hours before coming in for your session. This will allow you to properly digest your food. Feel free to eat after your session.
Drink lots of water before, during and after your session. Stay hydrated!
Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages as they can exacerbate dehydration caused by the heat of the sauna.
-
Light, breathable clothing, a bathing suit or a towel is ideal.
The less you wear, the more effective the infrared rays.
Avoid synthetic fabrics like nylon or polyester, as they can trap heat and moisture.
Makeup can clog pores and trap bacteria, which can lead to irritation or breakouts. Please remove your make-up before your session.
Contact lens wearers may experience dry eyes, discomfort or blurred vision caused by the heat. To avoid these issues, it is recommended that contact lenses are removed prior to entering the sauna.
Remove jewellery. Metal heats up under infrared exposure and can cause discomfort or burns.
-
Yes! You are more than welcome to use your cell phone during your session to play music by connecting through Bluetooth.
But please leave the device outside of the sauna as well as your phones, as heat can explode lithium batteries .
This is a great opportunity to set your phone down and have 30 uninterrupted minutes to relax and let your stress melt away.
And do not forget to disconnect your phone from our bluetooth afterwards.
-
For general wellness, 2–3 sessions per week is ideal. For targeted goals (like detox or recovery), more frequent use may be beneficial, it’s best to listen to your body.

You will feel amazing! Infrared Sauna is one of the most relaxing ways you can break a sweat and burn calories.
After your sauna session, it's important to avoid any strenuous activities. Your body has just undergone a period of intense heat exposure and needs time to recover. Engaging in vigorous exercise or demanding tasks immediately after a sauna can put unnecessary stress on your body and negate some of the relaxation benefits you've gained.
Instead, focus on gentle, relaxing activities. If you've used the sauna in the evening, you might find that you enjoy a particularly restful night's sleep. Try to maintain the feeling of relaxation and tranquility that the sauna has provided for as long as possible.
Remember, the post-sauna period is all about allowing your body to cool down naturally and transition back to its normal state.
By following these steps - resting in a cool area, practicing deep breathing, and avoiding strenuous activities - you'll maximize the benefits of your sauna session and ensure a proper recovery.
This approach will help you feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to face whatever comes next in your day.
